OEM and ODM
If customer does not like our Logo (Moore) on the LED lamps, OEM service can be provided.
It includes:
1. Lamp base laser printing/ Silkscreen printing customer's logo/Model number;
2. Lable printing with customer's logo/Model number;
3. Package:Color box of customer's artwork and design.
With each OEM orders, Moore technology enhances our expertise in production technology and quality control. If you want to make your own LED light, please send us your LOGO or specific requirements, we will make perfect LED product for you.
If customer likes their LED light to be unique, Moore technology can provide ODM service to help them to design the product as well.
Packaging Service
Moore technology offers 3 kinds of packaging service, customer could choose the suitable package according to their different requirement:
1. White Box without any company logo free of charge;
2. Color box with Moore technology logo and artwork design free of charge;
3. Color box with Customer's own logo and artwork design, but it has extra cost; customer need to contact with our sales for the exact cost.
Customer can be rest assured about the carton box which Moore technology provides. Exported quality carton box material can protect the LED light well during the international transportation.
Shipping Policy
For sample order, normally we will ship by UPS, DHL, Fedex, both freight prepaid and collect can be acceptable.
For bulk order, customer can choose air freight or sea freight; if customer has his own forwarder, Moore technology can contact customer's forwarder for the shipment; of course, customer can also use Moore technology forwarder for the shipment.We offer an all-included, door to door service package through our freight forwarder in Hong Kong; shipping rate is low and service is excellent.
By whatever shipping way, customer need take the duties in imported country.
GUARANTEE
Thank you for your purchase and choosing Moore Technology Co., Limited warrants TWO(2)years or FIVE(5)years of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship as stated below from the date of purchase.
Within the warranty time(since the date of purchase), if the product is determined to be defective, MOORE will repair or replace the product for free, MOORE will bear the freight cost for warranty claims. The rest of lifelong beyond the warranty time(since the date of purchase), MOORE will help to repair the product, the incoming and return freight shall be for the Buyer’s account.
This warranty does not cover abuse, cosmetic damage, or damage due to acts of misuse, negligence, or modification to any part of the product. This warranty does not due to damage of failure to follow directions regarding operation of the product and does not cover connection to improper power supply, or attempted repair by anyone other than a facility authorized by MOORE to repair the product. This warranty specially disclaims any damage done to user equipment. In no event shall MOORE be responsible for removal or reinstallation of any product. This warranty is only given to the original purchaser and may not be assigned or transferred to anyone else. It is the purchaser’s obligation to retain proof of purchase document(s) which shows the date of purchase.
Notify MOORE of the complaint. After the complaint, any defective component & product is returned to the MOORE test in MOORE laboratory. Only defects confirmed by MOORE laboratory leads to compensation.
